PleiadianSaiyan Posted July 15 Share Posted July 15 I have been using the Omniprint OmniDTF printer for over a year now and it's great. However, starting yesterday, the print pro software that sends designs to the printer can no longer find/connect to the printer. The omniDTF program that actually runs the printer processes(wetcapping, nozzle checks, head cleaning) is working and is connecting without any issue so I am at a loss. The only thing that changed was a recent Windows 11 update, but I am unable to pinpoint what it possibly could have changed to cause this issue. I have contacted Omniprint support, however, I am in a bind since I am no longer able to get any orders done. The other odd thing is I also run a Roland vinyl cutter and that has also stopped communicating with the program and this is run on a completely different computer.
